- Approval for migrations needed before a contract is sent to a client. Ops or Execs must approve.
- Do not ask for a migration inside a 3-week period.
- If approved, the necessary information (website files/databases/domain registrar login, and hosting) must be provided to Ops within three business days. If the information is not provided, the migration will be delayed. There will be no credits or refunds for delays caused by delayed information to Ops.
- It is the salesperson’s responsibility to
- 1) get approval for a migration before the contract is sent to the client, and
- 2) get access to all files/logins/credentials needed to do the migration, and
- 3) email the information to the Operations Manager and Account Strategist
