- Ensure Default for everyone is toggled on and Protected view is toggled on. You will find this on the right side of your screen
- Ensure view is set up correctly. to change the view you will have to toggle the protected view off to ensure changes were made then toggle protect view back on.
- When managing the Status please use “THE ONLY TEMPLATE_USE ME”
- Please toggle off the protected view until you get it set up, then toggle on
