- Once in triage, it will be assigned to the Ops Manager. A new folder will be built out with the contract deliverables (package deliverables) added into a word document along with project notes and the sales brief. The contract deliverables can be pulled from the Hubspot contract
- Project folder set up and initial reach out to client for KO call will be 3 business days.
- New project should be reviewed with Ops team during a Tuesday/Wednesday meeting.
- Onboarding folders are for NEW clients ONLY.
- There are templates for project set up in the TEMPLATE space in click up that can be used to set up the project. NOTE: The person setting up the project folder should make sure that they review the contract deliverables and ensure they edit the tasks they copy from the templates to ensure they accurately reflect the project deliverables
