Process: Active Client Issue/New Request Submission – Hubspot

Step 1: Open Hubspot and navigate to the Service dropdown, click on Tickets

Step 2: On the far right click on Create Ticket

Step 3: Fill in Ticket. Please Ensure you follow the naming convention below.

Ticket Name: Please put in this box if it is an Issue or New request (this will help prioritize), the client’s name, and a quick description.
EX: ISSUE: Bold Digital, Broken links
EX: New Request: Bold Digital, New Facebook ad.
Pipeline: Keep at Support Pipeline
Ticket Status: New 
Issue or New request: Choose correct category
Create Date: date submitting
Associate ticket with: Contact – Not required  Company – You can search any active client there
